In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process wbo77 uses to confirm a Member's identity, age, and residency prior to approving withdrawal requests.
• "Rollover" / "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered in qualifying games before they may be converted to Real-Money Balance and requested for withdrawal.
• "WIB" means Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), which serves as the Platform's default time zone for all operational matters unless otherwise stated.

Access to and use of wbo77's services is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times during the Member's use of the Platform:

3. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. You warrant that you are not acting on behalf of a third party and that all funds deposited on the Platform are legitimately owned by you.
4. Not a Restricted Person: You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of any employee of wbo77, its affiliates, or any software/game provider supplying content to the Platform.
5. Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by wbo77 or any other gambling operator, at the time of registration or at any subsequent point during your use of the Platform.

To access wbo77's services, you must register a Member account. The registration process and ongoing account obligations are governed by the following terms:

1. Single Account Policy: Each individual may maintain only one active Account. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — identified by matching personal details, device fingerprints, IP addresses, or payment instruments — will be consolidated and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts.
2. Accurate Information: You must provide complete, accurate, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
3. Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password). 4. Notification of Compromise: You must notify wbo77 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised or that unauthorised access has occurred.
5. Account Closure: wbo77 reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any Account at any time without prior notice where we have reasonable grounds to believe that this Agreement has been breached, fraudulent activity has occurred, or the Member poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform.

wbo77 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with international anti-money laundering standards. The following conditions apply:

1. Verification Trigger: KYC verification is required before any withdrawal request is processed, and may be requested at any time at the sole discretion of wbo77's compliance team.
2. Required Documents: You may be required to submit one or more of the following: a government-issued photo identification card (Indonesian National ID / KTP, passport, or SIM driving licence), proof of residential address (bank statement or utility bill dated within 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership (front image of bank card or e-wallet account screenshot).
3. Processing Time: wbo77 will endeavour to complete KYC reviews within 3 business days of receiving all required documentation. Incomplete submissions will be returned with a request for the missing items.
4. Withdrawal Hold: Withdrawal requests submitted by unverified accounts will be placed on hold until KYC is successfully completed. No interest accrues on held funds during the verification period.
5. Right to Refuse: wbo77 reserves the right to decline verification and close an Account where submitted documents are found to be falsified, inconsistent, or otherwise unsatisfactory.

1. 6. Processing Time: Deposits via local Indonesian bank transfer and e-wallets are credited to your Account balance within minutes under normal operating conditions. Delays caused by the Member's bank or payment provider are outside wbo77's control.

Withdrawal of Real-Money Balance from your wbo77 account is governed by the following terms:

1. Eligibility: Withdrawals may only be requested by fully KYC-verified Members. The withdrawal amount must not exceed the Member's available Real-Money Balance at the time of the request.
2. Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.

7. Bonus Balance: Bonus Funds and any winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds that have not yet satisfied the applicable Wagering Requirement may not be withdrawn and will not form part of any withdrawal request.

5. Misuse: Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including but not limited to opening duplicate accounts, using arbitrage strategies, or placing low-risk bets to satisfy rollover requirements — will result in immediate forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and may result in permanent Account suspension.
6. Seasonal Promotions: wbo77 periodically runs special promotions aligned with major Indonesian cultural events including Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), and new BRI Liga 1 seasons. Specific terms for each promotion will be published on the Platform at the time of launch.

6. Result Disputes: Official match results as published by the relevant governing body (FIFA, AFC, PSSI for Indonesian football, etc.) will be used to settle betting markets. wbo77's settlement decisions are final once confirmed in the system.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the wbo77 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, voiding of all pending and historical wagers, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering multiple accounts or using another person's account credentials
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or algorithms to place bets or interact with the Platform
• Colluding with other Members or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal financial activity
• Depositing funds derived from illegal sources or using stolen payment instruments

• Attempting to access other Members' accounts or wbo77's administrative systems without authorisation

All content on the wbo77 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, odds data, and game interfaces — is the exclusive intellectual property of wbo77 or its licensed content providers. The following terms apply:

1. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any wbo77 Platform content without prior written permission from wbo77.
2. The wbo77 name and logo are proprietary trademarks. Use of these marks in any commercial or promotional context without written authorisation is strictly prohibited.

4. Third-Party Services: wbo77 is not liable for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party payment providers, game suppliers, or other external services integrated into the Platform.
5. Force Majeure: wbo77 shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, internet infrastructure failures, cyberattacks, or acts of God.

wbo77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire membership. The following tools and policies are available to all Members:

1. Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via their account settings. Once set, deposit limits take effect immediately and may not be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours.
2. Loss Limits: Members may impose limits on the maximum amount they are permitted to lose within a defined time period. Loss limits are applied at the account level across all product categories.

3. Escalation: Where a Member is dissatisfied with wbo77's internal decision, the matter may be escalated to the independent dispute resolution body designated by wbo77's international licensing authority. 4. Binding Decision: The decision of the independent dispute resolution body, once issued, shall be final and binding on both parties, subject only to any rights of appeal available under applicable law.

3. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Member's acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request withdrawal of your available Real-Money Balance.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which wbo77 holds its international gaming licence. Members acknowledge and agree that:
